Position Overview

Insuranceease is seeking motivated, licensed Health & Life Insurance Sales Agents to serve as independent contractors supporting Medicare and Final Expense sales. This role is ideal for high‑performing agents who thrive in a structured, compliance‑driven environment and want access to inbound leads, training, and a proven sales system — while maintaining the flexibility of a 1099 contractor arrangement.

As a contractor, you will assist consumers in understanding Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and Final Expense Life Insurance. You will conduct needs assessments, recommend suitable coverage options, and ensure all interactions meet CMS, carrier, and company compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct compliant needs assessments to identify client coverage gaps and recommend appropriate Medicare and Final Expense solutions.
    • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, Final Expense Life Insurance, and related senior‑market products.
    • Handle inbound consumer inquiries and follow up on assigned leads.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all CMS, carrier, and TPMO compliance requirements.
    • Participate in call recording, quality monitoring, and audit processes.
    • Maintain active insurance licenses and complete all required annual certifications.
    • Meet or exceed performance expectations related to production, compliance, and call quality.

Compensation Structure

Hourly Compensation

    • $24 per hour for approved, credited hours submitted monthly.
    • Hours must be submitted through the company’s designated process and approved based on productivity, compliance, and adherence to guidelines.
    • Only approved hours are billable and payable.

Commission Structure

Medicare Products

      • High‑Performing Contractors: $50 per approved Medicare application
      • Standard Contractors: $35 per approved Medicare application

High‑performing status requires:

    • 15%+ closing ratio
    • 85%+ compliance score

Final Expense Life Insurance

    • High‑Performing Contractors: 100% of first month’s premium
    • Standard Contractors: 75% of first month’s premium

Hospital Indemnity / Gap Products

    • $75 per approved enrollment

Dental, Vision, Hearing & Prescription Discount Products

    • $10 per approved enrollment

Commission payouts are subject to carrier approval, compliance standards, and company policy.
