Position Overview
We are seeking driven, customer‑focused Health & Life Insurance Sales Agents to support Medicare beneficiaries in selecting the right coverage for their needs. In this role, you will conduct needs assessments, identify coverage gaps, and recommend Medicare‑related and senior‑focused supplemental insurance solutions that reduce financial exposure and improve overall protection.
This is a W‑2 hourly position with strong earning potential, a supportive team environment, and clear advancement pathways into leadership, training, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for Medicare beneficiaries to identify risks and coverage gaps.
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, Final Expense Life Insurance, Dental/Vision/Hearing, GAP plans, Indemnity products, and other senior‑focused ancillary offerings.
- Present insurance options clearly, compliantly, and in a way that supports informed decision‑making.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation accuracy, and call quality.
- Achieve performance goals related to production, closing ratios, and quality metrics.
- Participate in team‑based competitions, incentive programs, and performance initiatives.
- Maintain active insurance licenses and stay current on Medicare regulations and product updates.

Qualifications
- Active Health & Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain before start date)

- Prior Medicare sales experience is a plus but not required
