Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, performance‑driven Sales Manager to lead a team of Medicare Sales Agents. This role is responsible for driving production, ensuring compliance excellence, and maintaining strong conversion and cost‑per‑acquisition (CPA) performance across the team. The Sales Manager will provide coaching, oversight, reporting, and hands‑on support to ensure agents meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
This is a hybrid leadership role: part people‑leader, part producer. In addition to administrative and coaching responsibilities, the Sales Manager will also maintain personal production expectations and contribute directly to sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Medicare Sales Agents to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor and manage team metrics including conversion rates, CPA, compliance scores, and quality benchmarks.
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Leverage performance‑management tools, call‑review platforms, and compliance dashboards to identify coaching opportunities, train agents, and uplift overall team performance while maintaining regulatory adherence.
- Support agents with real‑time coaching, product guidance, and problem‑solving during sales activities.
- Maintain personal sales production alongside leadership responsibilities.
- Ensure all team members complete required Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and ongoing training.
- Partner with compliance and training teams to maintain a culture of accuracy, ethics, and regulatory excellence.
- Foster a positive, high‑performance environment through accountability, recognition, and team engagement.
Compensation

Qualifications
- Active Health & Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Prior experience in Medicare sales or senior‑focused insurance products
- Proven leadership experience in a sales or call‑center environment
- Strong understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and Medicare regulations
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results through coaching
- Excellent communication, motivation, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital sales platforms
