Insuranceease is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist who believes training can transform performance.

In this role, you’ll help build confident, compliant, and customer-focused professionals by delivering engaging training experiences and supporting ongoing development initiatives.

What You’ll Own

• Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires
• Deliver virtual and live training sessions
• Track certifications, training completion, and learning outcomes
• Create and update learning materials and resources
• Support ongoing product and compliance education
• Partner with leadership to identify development opportunities
• Provide coaching and refresher training when needed
• Help improve the adoption of new tools and processes

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in training, coaching, onboarding, or instructional design
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple projects
• Medicare or insurance industry experience preferred
